Yuki sat with Red(F) and Shiori, sipping tea and having some little snacks that Wolf had made and stored. “Good to see you both.” the succubus smiled, “How are you doing, currently?”

Red(F), as always, had a cheerful grin as she responded. “Oh, I’m doing fine Yuki. What about you?”

Shiori sat close to her mother, looking at Yuki neutrally. “I’m okay.”

“I’m doing well!” Yuki smiled, “Just waiting for Zelda to be born. Can’t wait for that.

“She’s doing well, I hope?” Red(F) asked teasingly. She knew Yuki had chosen to place her child in one of the artificial wombs the Initiative had widely available.

Shiori remained quiet, sliding close to Red(F) and leaning into her mother’s side. Chuckling, Red(F) pulled her daughter a little closer, pressing Shiori’s cheek against her left breast.

“Mooom…” Shiori softly protested with a blush, still looking at Yuki with wary eyes. Something about the succubus made the transhuman Konno sibling feel rather uneasy.

Yuki giggled at the interaction between Red(F) and Shiori. It seriously reminded her of how someone else would react.

“Jake does the same thing when it comes to anyone pulling them into their breasts.” She smiled, “Especially yours, Red. Even mine seem to do him in. Then again, everyone I’m with loves these. I think we can both agree, we’re both MILFs at this point.”

Red(F) couldn’t help it, and burst into laughter upon hearing that.

If she was now a MILF, that was quite the compliment.

In doing so, she also unintentionally squished Shiori a little more against her assets, prompting the twin-tailed daughter to let out another protesting squeal. “Mooom~! Too…close…!”

“Mom?! What’s with the racket?” Wolf and Yuki’s first son, Takeshi came in, and saw Red(F) squishing Shiori against her breasts, “Oh, hey, Mom number two. What are you doing to your daughter? I think she wants to be let go. And now, if you’ll excuse me, I, going back to…”

“OH NO YOU DON’T!!! YOU’RE NOT GOING BACK TO BED, TAKESHI HIMEKAWA-WOLF!!!” Yuki yelled, pulling her son back into the living room, and sitting him down on the couch beside her, “You remember my darling boy, Red?”

It was clear Yuki was rather proud of the son she had by Wolf, and it was a well known fact that Takeshi was a big Mama’s boy.

Red(F) let go of Shiori apologetically, letting her very red-faced daughter take a deep breath.

Hearing Yuki yell at Takeshi made Red(F) frown disapprovingly at the succubus. “I remember him, yeah.”

“It’s not nice to shout like that, Yuki. Especially not to your kid, and if you wanted him to sit with you, you could have just asked.”

headcanon that since the slytherin common room is under the lake there’s a room where the walls and ceiling are glass and you can just see into the lake like an aquarium

headcanon that when this was first done the mermaids got really aggressive and hateful about it and started ramming the glass but since it was magic this just caused them injuries

until a deaf/hoh slytherin started to teach them sign language and it took a long time bit by the time they left hogwarts they and the rest of the house were communicating with the mermaids and on good terms

eventually it becomes a part of slytherin house culture you’re a slytherin you know sign language because if you don’t chat with the mermaids they get grumpy

this helps a lot of deaf/hoh students

this also gives slytherin the best grades of any house on all aquatic magical studies

the mermaids give terrible dating advice do not trust them

The most common mermaid dating advice, of course, being “Drown him”

The Galactic Defense Initiative’s city of Academia was highly visible even from a distance. The gleaming starscrapers and floating habitat-cities, glowing with haptic light seemed to beckon to the average traveler. One of Terra Hope’s most advanced cities, it was a popular tourist destination after Astrid’s Temple.

hourglasslabyrinth:

Seeing the futuristic environment, already it felt like a great departure from the neighborhood surrounding Astrid’s Temple. Heck, it’s far more advanced than her hometown. It’s impressive in its own right. Homura traversed down the streets, taking in all the sights that she can. “So this is what Astrid meant. I wonder if I can find some of her troops here.” A god needing an army seems unnecessary unless she factored in the cursed lands she mentioned.

This time, Mari nodded a bit more seriously. “Yes.”

The AI swept a hand to her side, where a few more holoscreens popped up. GDI society was surprisingly open with information even to newcomers, it seemed.

“In the course of its existence, the Galactic Defense Initiative has encountered several ongoing threats. Some have been dealt with, some have not.”

Three files opened, all labeled “Defunct”. The Dark Brotherhood, the Zephyr Cartel and the Resurgence, all originating from one universe.

A few more screens opened around Homura, detailing the more active threats GDI was dealing with in the current age.

Containment of a hostile race known as the Orks. The few remaining pirate bands still foolish or crazy enough to continue their work. The organization known as the First Order. A similar but unrelated group calling themselves the Scorpion’s Hand.

Though it didn’t seem like much, it seemed that GDI was utterly committed to putting themselves on the line to protect the wider multiverse from them. At the very least, things were being quietly prepared to swiftly decapitate the Scorpion’s Hand and then obliterate them with the utmost efficiency.

Given the galaxy-spanning nature of the Initiative compared to the much smaller Scorpion’s Hand, it seemed to be overkill. Then again, if the history of threats from that universe was any indication, it was justifiable overkill.

“Hm…” Perhaps this was out of her league. Far more than she was used to back in Japan. At least the GDI appears to handle this threat better than she can since they know much about them.

These strange, alien creatures look absolutely chaotic. Then there’s the organizations. Might be trouble running into them. Again, best to let these guys handle them.

“Thank you for answering my questions.” Homura said with a bow. “I hope those requests weren’t too much for you, miss Mari.”

The AI smiled and bowed back. “It is no issue, miss Akemi. Please do enjoy your time in Academia. If you have any queries in future, feel free to ask me anytime.”

With a pleasant chime, Mari’s avatar disappeared.

Of course, were one to pay attention to the streets, they might have found Mari speaking with other Initiative civilians in their own little conversations.

As Homura continued to walk the streets of Academia, both human and alien citizens greeted her, all quite friendly despite her being a very new visitor.

An Admiral [starter with fleet-admiral-red]

summoner-matthew:

fleet-admiral-red:

Red looked around the unfamiliar surroundings, finding himself to have been pulled into a new, undiscovered universe. At least, that was what Serina’s collected data readings was telling him.

Looking at the person before him, identifying himself as Matthew, Red decided if he’d been summoned by this person, it would have been for some reason.

He clicked his heels together and gave a crisp salute. As the Initiative’s de-facto representative (at least, until GDI established a TD Gate here), he would show this Matthew the respect he needed.

“Sir. Commanding Fleet Admiral Red, First Fleet, Galactic Defense Initiative. I presume this summoning was for a good reason?”

Well, that was one hell of a pull the Summoner got.  An Admiral for a galactic navy.  “You’d be correct on that,” the Summoner answered.  “I’ll get straight to the point, since you seem to want the sitrep quickly: You’re on the World of Zenith.

“There are two factions here: The Kingdom of Askr, and the Emblian Empire.  I work for Askr, specifically the Order of Heroes, and Embla’s my enemy.  Askr’s royal family can open gateways to other worlds, but can’t close them, while Embla’s can close gateways, but can’t open ‘em.

“At some point Embla’s royal family got it in their heads to stop closing gateways and instead began invading other worlds to conquer them and eventually rule all worlds.  Askr’s the only thing standing between Embla and total multiversal domination.

“While the native population here is Tier 7, equivalent to a Feudal World, Embla has the ability to dominate the Heroes of the worlds they invade in what’s called a contract.  When a Hero or soldier is contracted, they have to obey Princess Veronica or Prince Bruno’s orders, either being completely aware of the nature of the contract, or blissfully ignorant and believing something else.

“When the contracted Heroes have been defeated several times in battle, the contract is broken.  As the Summoner for the Order of Heroes, I work as their chief tactician.”  Matthew held out Breidablik for Red to look at.  “This is Breidablik, my Magic Gun.  It’s what I use to summon Heroes like yourself.  I recently began to toy around with the weapon to try and summon new Heroes from more advanced worlds.

“Still, given Embla’s ability to invade other worlds and dominate the minds of others, I cannot recommend opening up the gateway to your world, as that gives Princess Veronica a new area she can target.  In addition to the gateways, we also have to deal with the Tempest, an interdimensional vortex Veronica tore open to contract a bunch of heroes at once.  We don’t have the numbers to defend all the gateways as-is, nor do we have the numbers or firepower to make an assault on Embla yet.

“As such, we’re currently waging a defensive war against Embla, trying to stop Veronica from holding onto contracted Heroes for too long.  Still, there’s only so much we can do, especially with the Tempest active now.  My hope in summoning you was to give us a technological advantage over Embla, or at least as much as one Hero can manage.  I’m hoping to summon other Heroes from other advanced worlds for the same purpose.”

Red folded his arms thoughtfully, his mind speeding through what Matthew had outlined.

Certainly, he could give this Order of Heroes the technological advantage it needed. Despite having only his omni-tool and field replicator in terms of industrial hardware, he would still need only two days to create enough industrial replicators to, in turn, outfit the entire Order with Initiative-level military equipment if needed.

In his thoughts, he could still ‘feel’ the data-stream that linked him to his AI. Fortunately, Serina had already come up with a plan to help.

“Sir? I’m still linked, I could assist you with the construction of an initial 3 industrial replicators and power cores. Check with Matthew about this Emblian Empire’s level of civilisation. If it is confirmed as Tier 7 on the Covenant/Forerunner scale, then we can easily establish a relay outpost in the Arcturus system.“

With the mental discussion silently concluded, Red looked at Matthew. "A short question if I may, Mr Matthew. Is the Emblian Empire capable of traveling beyond Zenith’s atmosphere? I am able to provide this technological aid, but I must know.”
